Tim Armstrong, Q.C., O. Ont., experienced labour lawyer, mediator and arbitrator.

Mr. Armstrong has extensive experience in employment law, industrial restructuring and trade issues, both as a private practitioner and public servant.  As a lawyer, for the past 20 years, he has been engaged in arbitration and mediation of labour disputes and special government and private sector assignments.

The arbitration assignments arise under provincial and federal collective agreements and under both the Ontario Labour Relations Act and the Canada Labour Code.  Some are undertaken at the request of the parties to collective agreements and others are by ministerial appointment.
