English Representation for Foreign Companies Entering Canada and North America
If your company is outside North America and English is not your first language, you do not need a subsidiary to start selling here. You need a credible English-speaking representative on the ground. I act as your Canadian and North American face: I take the calls, work the accounts, staff and build your trade show booth, manage the freight, and report back to your head office in clear, plain English.
Native English speaker, Canadian, 20+ years in B2B outside sales, logistics operations and trade show execution. One contract replaces the cost of a local hire, an office and a distributor who never calls back.
Why
What you get that a distributor will not give you
Your English-speaking point of contact
A Canadian phone number, a Canadian email signature and a real person who answers. North American buyers stop hesitating when the first voice they hear is local, fluent and accountable.
B2B outside sales in your target market
Prospecting, in-person visits, quoting, negotiation and account management across Canada and the northern United States. The same territory work I have done for two decades, run under your brand.
Trade show representation & booth construction
I design, build, staff and strike your exhibit at Canadian and North American trade shows, pre-show outreach, on-floor selling in English, lead capture and 48-hour follow-up, then a written debrief for head office.
Distributor, dealer & channel development
Identify, vet, sign and manage Canadian distributors, dealers and agents. With contract terms, pricing structures and performance reviews that hold them to actual volume.
Logistics, customs & delivery coordination
Freight forwarding liaison, customs broker coordination, warehousing, fleet dispatch and last-mile delivery so your product actually lands on the customer's dock on time.
English marketing, localization & AI content
Rewrite translated marketing into natural North American English, run SEO and marketing automation, and deploy AI content pipelines so your catalogue, site and proposals read like they were written here.

Questions
Straight answers
What does 'English representation for foreign companies' actually mean?
It means a native English-speaking Canadian represents your company in North America. I use your brand, a Canadian phone number and a Canadian email address to sell, attend meetings and trade shows, manage distributors, coordinate logistics and report back to your head office, without you opening a legal entity or hiring locally.
Do I need a Canadian company or office to work with you?
No. Most clients start with representation only. You keep invoicing from your home country while I generate demand, hold the relationships and coordinate delivery. If volume justifies a legal entity or warehouse later, I help you scope it.
Which countries do you represent companies from?
Any country exporting to Canada or the United States, including Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Turkey, China, Japan, South Korea, India, Vietnam, Brazil, Mexico, Portugal and the UAE.
Can you attend and build our trade show booth in Canada?
Yes. Booth architecture and event construction is a core service: I design, fabricate, install, staff and strike the exhibit, run pre-show appointment setting, sell on the floor in English and deliver a written lead debrief after the show.
How are you paid, commission, retainer or both?
Usually a monthly retainer plus performance commission, or a fixed fee per trade show or market-entry sprint. Everything is written down before work starts: territory, scope, term, fee and targets.
What if our English is limited?
That is exactly the problem this service solves. Calls are held in slow, clear English, all reporting is written so you can translate at your own pace, and every piece of customer-facing material is rewritten into natural North American English.
