Dispatch Supervisor: Fleet Dispatch, Driver Leadership and Live Exception Management
Dispatch is a contact sport. I supervise the board, keep drivers safe and legal, communicate real ETAs to customers, and solve the breakdown before the customer knows it happened.

Days 1-30
Shadow the board, map every recurring failure point and document the real dispatch process versus the written one.
Days 31-60
Rebuild the daily run sheet, standardize driver communication and install an exception escalation ladder.
Days 61-90
Coach the dispatch bench to run it without me, with weekly scorecards on on-time, safety and service.
